The Hunza people have been recognized worldwide for unique longevity and an incomparable state of health.
Their diet, daily habits and the quality of food would be determining factors.
To the north of Pakistan on the beautiful valley of the Hunza - 2,400 meters of height inhabits the town, formed by men and women of a unique longevity.
So what is it that these people living such long lives?
Let's look at the Hunza's. They are interesting because they live at high elevation. They live up somewhere in the base of the Himalayas, High in the mountains.
They grow fruits in the winter and in the summertime they have apricots which they're actually famous for. The other stone fruits they probably have cherries and apples.
But it's a relatively short growing season and once it's over they don't have those thing so then they store what they can for the rest of the year. Because most of the year they can't grow everything.
They live in an elevation where there's no trees, don't have firewood, don't have natural gas, don't have a propane, don't have coal, don't have access to these things so they eat very little cooked food. They've never eaten much cooked food or never did in the past.
They live in a place where the air is pure, where they get plenty of sunlight because almost everyone is involved in some kind of physical labor.
Mostly there are no office jobs. There's no bank job. There's no fast food restaurants.
Everyone lives in nature, they grow their own food and they tend to scrape out a living from the land.
Everyone's involved in using their bodies so that they're all getting activity fresh air, sunlight and purified water.
As they don't eat a lot of cooked food. So they minimize their caloric intake, eating no more than they really need.
They run out of food every winter. Having slim pickings in January, February and March. They don't eat much food for at least a month every year.
They just rest it's like they hibernate, they have to stay warm in winter. By eating less they're cleansing their bodies every single year.
This is why I believe they live as long as they do.
